1. Why do I have to pay for the first onsite consultation?
This fee covers the professional time and expertise provided during the consultation.
2. Can you give me an offer without consultation?
I provide personalised and precise services. Therefore, an onsite consultation is necessary to assess your specific needs and to give you an accurate quote.
3. I have my own fabric at hand; can you make it into curtains?
I only create curtains using fabrics that I source myself. If you have your own fabric, I recommend finding a sewing company that can assist with your requirements.
4. Can you fix our curtains or blinds?
I only fix curtains and blinds that I have installed or produced. If you are experiencing issues with installations done by another service provider, please contact them for assistance or consider my services for new installations
5. How much is it going to cost?
My service is high-end, reflecting the personal, face-to-face consultations, handmade quality, premium fabrics, and extensive support I provide. I prioritise quality and craftsmanship, backed by over 20 years of professional experience in curtain consulting, installation, and after-service support.
6. Can you deliver ASAP?
Delivery times are calculated based on factors such as holidays/weekends, supplier delivery schedules, sewing time, delivery queue, and customer availability. Quality is paramount, so we do not guarantee faster delivery times. Typically, delivery takes 6-8 weeks if all materials and products are available.
7. What if I have a problem after the service?
If you encounter any issues after installation, please report them on the same day as installation. I will assess the problem and determine the appropriate course of action. For electric rails, blinds, or other systems, the supplier usually offers a 2-10 year guarantee.
